Tajay (T.J) Ashmeade

I am an athlete, professor, start-up founder, and CEO. I am a strong, Jamaican woman who was once assigned to special education. Now ADHD is my Superpower. I’m pursuing my Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from Carolina University, teaching as a professor, and building my own tech company. Everything I have experienced, everything I have learned has molded me into the leader I am today. My passion to see and help athletes and sports professionals grow into their most fulfilling selves has brought me into the world of life coaching, public speaking, and team building. Join me by Taking The LEAP.

Before Taking my LEAP:

  • Dismissed from college

  • Placed in special education

  • Lost a full-ride women’s basketball scholarship to Rutgers University

  • Gang affiliated
